Mengmeng Ren is the Operations Manager at the Institute China Center. In this capacity, she oversees the end-to-end planning, rollout and governance of the Internship Program, and provides cross-functional support for the Center’s project operations and financial management.

Prior to joining the Berggruen Institute, she served as a Senior Manager in the finance and accounting field, specialising in strategic planning, data and trend analysis, and management while overseeing day-to-day operations. Her early career focused on economics and financial accounting. She graduated from Macquarie University with a double degree in Professional Accounting and Applied Finance. After leading her team to a top 3 performance ranking across all branches, she went on to pursue a master’s degree in Management and Leadership, further solidifying her management expertise in a multicultural context.
