Multispecies Lexicon

A major goal of the Multispecies Constitution Project, a collaboration between Future Humans and the Planetary, is to develop a lingua franca between oft-siloed schools of knowledge: scholars who write laws, scientists who research the natural world, and philosophers who contemplate Others’ intersubjectivities. The Multispecies Lexicon was written with this aim ans is a complement to the project’s larger goal to research, develop, and facilitate “technologies of translation” between humans and non-humans for greater representation of Others in our governing fora.
