Haley Albert

Haley Albert is a researcher and operator building new epistemic institutions that evolve with technology itself. At Antikythera, she helps lead a global research program examining the evolution of intelligence through philosophy, computation, and design. Her work focuses on translating complex ideas into prototypes, media, and new models for technological and institutional development.
Her background spans systems design, urban engineering, and emergency response. As part of Curative’s founding team, she helped grow the company from a 20-person startup to a 7,000-person public-health operation, overseeing the rollout of 36 million COVID-19 tests and 2 million vaccinations. The adaptive mobile vax vans and testing kiosks she designed received national recognition and led to her appointment as an advisor to the World Health Organization’s COVAX program.
She has worked with governments, startups, and nonprofits to design and deliver infrastructure at scale. She was previously a researcher with Reid Hoffman, working on institution-building in the age of AI, and a Research Fellow in The Terraforming at the Strelka Institute for Media, Architecture, and Design, where she explored the design of technological infrastructure and the future of cities.
